Aduresi (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Aduresi platform (website and mobile applications). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes described herein, typically aligned to account lifecycle plus a limited period for legal/operational needs. See Data Safety for more details.
Data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Users may request deletion of their personal data via in-app settings or by contacting us; we will erase or anonymize data unless we must retain it for legal obligations.
Each provider acts as a processor or independent controller depending on context. Links to their policies are available upon request or via their official sites.
If any tracking occurs across apps/websites owned by other companies, we present the ATT prompt and proceed only upon consent. Without consent, tracking is disabled.

Aduresi is not directed to children under the age defined by applicable law (e.g., 13 in the U.S., 16 in parts of the EU) and does not knowingly collect personal data from them without appropriate consent. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

By accessing or using the Aduresi platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any referenced policies. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Important: These terms include limitations of liability and an arbitration clause.
3.1 Accurate account information is required. 3.2 You are responsible for credential confidentiality and all account activity. 3.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Businesses must provide accurate legal and contact information, and must not include prohibited services (e.g., illegal services, adult content, weapons, pyramid schemes).
Users own their content but grant Aduresi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it. Aduresi content and software remain our exclusive property.
Fees for premium features are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Taxes are the user’s responsibility as applicable.
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy of listings, uninterrupted service, or outcomes from using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or third-party conduct.
Binding arbitration replaces court proceedings where permitted. Class actions are waived.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
